Ingredients
- 1500 grams hash brown potatoes 2 bags
- 2 cups sour cream
- 19 ounces soup, cream of mushroom 2 cans
- 13 cup butter melted
- 2 cups cheddar cheese grated
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Pour into large casserole.
- Bake at 375f until brown or for 2 hours.
- I always put half a cup of grated cheddar cheese on top!!
