Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
- 1 stick melted butter
Method
- Mix all ingredients together in a 9 x 11-inch pan, except for crackers and butter.
- Mix butter and crackers and sprinkle on top. Bake in 325° oven for 1 1/2 hours.
