Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hash brown potatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp. onion chopped
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 sleeve crackers, crumbled
  • 1 stick butter, sliced

Method

  • Mix first 5 ingredients well, add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
  • Bake in oven 350 degrees for 30 minutes, top with crackers and butter and return to oven for another 20 minutes (until golden brown and bubbly).
