Ingredients
- 1 lb. hash brown potatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 Tbsp. onion chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 sleeve crackers, crumbled
- 1 stick butter, sliced
Method
- Mix first 5 ingredients well, add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
- Bake in oven 350 degrees for 30 minutes, top with crackers and butter and return to oven for another 20 minutes (until golden brown and bubbly).
