Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Parkay Original Spread-tub
  • 1 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1 cup hard cider
  • 1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 can (10 oz. each) Ro*Tel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained
  • Blue corn tortilla chips and apple slices, optional

Method

  • Melt Parkay in large skillet over medium heat; add onion and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until browned lightly, stirring occasionally.
  • Add cider; simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until mixture is reduced slightly.
  • Add Velveeta and drained tomatoes.
  • Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until Velveeta melts, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve with tortilla chips and apple slices, if desired.
