Ingredients
- 16 medium size, fresh mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 c. soft butter
- 1 small garlic clove, mashed
- 5 Tbsp. shredded Jack cheese
- 2 Tbsp. dry red wine
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
Method
- Remove stems from mushrooms; chop stems finely.
- Brush caps with melted butter.
- Blend soft butter with garlic; add cheese and mix well.
- Stir in wine, soy sauce and the finely chopped stems to make a paste.
- Fill caps.
- Place on foil-lined cookie sheet. Broil 5 inches from heat for approximately 3 minutes.
