- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1 c. shredded cabbage
- 1/4 c. rice
- 1 small bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 leaf basil
- 4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 qt. water*
- 2 c. cooked tomatoes
Method
- *Five cans of beef broth can be substituted for water and eliminate salt.
