Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 2 large or 3 medium potatoes, cut in small pieces
- 1 medium onion, chopped small
- 4 c. water
- 1 (14 oz.) can chopped tomatoes with basil and oregano
- 1 can Campbell's vegetable beef stock soup
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 Tbsp. beef bouillon
Method
- Cook hamburger with onion until well done.
- Add tomatoes, soup, water, seasonings and potatoes.
- Cook 35 minutes.
- May substitute 3/4 cup of macaroni for potatoes.
