Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 (29 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1/2 c. chopped pepper (green)
- 1/2 c. rice
- 1/2 lb. sliced Velveeta
Method
- Brown hamburger and drain.
- Add tomatoes, barbecue sauce, pepper, onions, rice and water. Bring to a boil.
- Cover; reduce heat.
- Cook at medium heat, simmer for 25 minutes.
- Place cheese on top and set off stove to melt.
