Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef or chicken
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper
- 4 to 5 potatoes, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 qt. milk
Method
- Brown meat; add onion and cook 5 to 10 minutes.
- Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
- Add potatoes and cook until tender.
- Add milk.
- Bring to a boil and serve.
