Ingredients
- 4 c. diced, cooked potatoes
- 1 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 c. chopped green onion
- 1/4 c. sliced radish
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Method
- Mix together potato, celery, green onion, radish and parsley. Toss with mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, celery seed, salt and pepper until well covered.
- Chill.
- Makes 8 (3/4 cup) servings.
