Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 Eggs, Beaten
  • 2 Slices Bread
  • 3 Cloves of Minced Garlic
  • Parsley
  • Oregano
  • Basil
  • Salt
  • Crushed Red Pepper
  • Pepper
  • Milk
  • Pasta Sauce (Jar or Homemade)

Method

  • 1. Break apart slices of bread (remove crust) into small pieces in a mixing bowl. Pour sauce in sauce pot and being to heat.
  • 2. Pour just enough milk to cover the bread but not-so-much that there is milk left over.
  • 3. Put meat in bowl with eggs and mix.
  • 4. Mix all remaining ingredients together to taste into meat mixture. Add bread crumbs until the consistency is smooth and does not easily separate.
  • 5. When sauce in pot begins to simmer, form meat into smallish round balls and drop in pot. Simmer for 45 minutes.
