Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 Eggs, Beaten
- 2 Slices Bread
- 3 Cloves of Minced Garlic
- Parsley
- Oregano
- Basil
- Salt
- Crushed Red Pepper
- Pepper
- Milk
- Pasta Sauce (Jar or Homemade)
Method
- 1. Break apart slices of bread (remove crust) into small pieces in a mixing bowl. Pour sauce in sauce pot and being to heat.
- 2. Pour just enough milk to cover the bread but not-so-much that there is milk left over.
- 3. Put meat in bowl with eggs and mix.
- 4. Mix all remaining ingredients together to taste into meat mixture. Add bread crumbs until the consistency is smooth and does not easily separate.
- 5. When sauce in pot begins to simmer, form meat into smallish round balls and drop in pot. Simmer for 45 minutes.
