- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (7 or 8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- While noodles are cooking, brown ground beef and onion in 2 tablespoons fat in frypan.
- Mix tomato sauce, soup and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add drained and rinsed noodles to the mixture.
- Add noodle mixture to meat mixture in frypan.
- Mix well and sprinkle grated cheese over all.
- Melt cheese before serving.
