Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (7 or 8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Method

  • While noodles are cooking, brown ground beef and onion in 2 tablespoons fat in frypan.
  • Mix tomato sauce, soup and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Add drained and rinsed noodles to the mixture.
  • Add noodle mixture to meat mixture in frypan.
  • Mix well and sprinkle grated cheese over all.
  • Melt cheese before serving.
