Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1/2 c. Onions (chopped)
- 4 Carrots (diced)
- 3 Celery Ribs (diced)
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 Qt. Tomato Juice
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 2 c. Dry Lentils
- 1 Qt. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
Method
- Brown ground beef and onions in skillet.
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
- Cook on Low for 8 - 10 hours or High for 4 - 6 hours.
