Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 to 4 jalapeno peppers
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Method
- Brown ground beef.
- Drain and put in crock-pot.
- Saute onion and green pepper and add to ground beef.
- Add peppers, cheese and soups.
- Cook in crock-pot, stirring occasionally, until cheese melts.
- Dip with 100% white restaurant corn chips.
