Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/3 c. evaporated milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pkg. Stove Top dressing mix
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 soup can water
  • 1 Tbsp. catsup
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Method

  • Mix the ground beef with evaporated milk and salt and pepper. Form into 5 large, thin patties.
  • Make the Stove Top dressing according to package directions, adding 2 tablespoons water.
  • Put dressing on each patty. Fold meat up around the dressing, leaving a small opening at the top.
  • Mix mushroom soup, water, catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Pour over top of each bundle.
  • Bake about 1 hour in a 350° oven. Serves 5.
