- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 c. evaporated milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pkg. Stove Top dressing mix
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 soup can water
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Mix the ground beef with evaporated milk and salt and pepper. Form into 5 large, thin patties.
- Make the Stove Top dressing according to package directions, adding 2 tablespoons water.
- Put dressing on each patty. Fold meat up around the dressing, leaving a small opening at the top.
- Mix mushroom soup, water, catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour over top of each bundle.
- Bake about 1 hour in a 350° oven. Serves 5.
