Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. thin sliced deli ham, chopped into pieces
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lb. bow tie pasta

Method

  • Cook pasta according to directions on box. While pasta is cooking, in large frying pan, heat oil. Once oil is ready, place garlic in pan. Once garlic turns light brown, add ham. Stir constantly. Add Parmesan cheese halfway during the cooking of the ham. The ham will be done when it becomes a little crispy, usually about 15 minutes.
