Ingredients
- 12 c. chopped ham
- 1 c. relish
- 3 c. chopped celery
- 2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 4 king-sized loaves day old sandwich bread (2 whole wheat and 2 white)
- 1 lb. oleo for sealing bread
Method
- Chop ham and celery in food processor.
- Put all ingredients in large bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Spread each slice of bread with soft oleo to seal out moisture.
- If sandwiches cannot be made on day needed, make sandwiches and put back in bread wrappers day before.
- Just before serving, trim off crusts with electric knife and cut into finger sandwiches.
