Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ham, ground in food grinder
  • 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 c. fine cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar

Method

  • Mix
  • ground
  • ham, ground pork, eggs, milk, onion powder and milk.
  • Pack
  • into
  • loaf
  • pan and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
  • Make mixture of brown sugar, mustard and vinegar and pour
  • over top
  • of
  • loaf. Continue
  • baking for about 30 more minutes at 325°.
  • Remove
  • from
  • oven
  • and let stand 10 to 15 minutes
  • before turning out onto platter to slice. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
