Ingredients

  • 3 lb. ham
  • 1 lb. pork
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing mix
  • 1 stick melted butter or margarine
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 8 pineapple rings
  • 8 maraschino cherries

Method

  • Grind and mix the ham and pork together.
  • Add the eggs and stuffing mix; mix well.
  • Mix the melted butter or margarine and 1 cup brown sugar; spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.
  • Place the pineapple rings in pan, with a maraschino cherry in center of each ring.
  • Top with meat mixture.
  • Bake for about 1 hour at 350°.
