Ingredients
- 3 lb. ham
- 1 lb. pork
- 2 eggs
- 1 small Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing mix
- 1 stick melted butter or margarine
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 8 pineapple rings
- 8 maraschino cherries
Method
- Grind and mix the ham and pork together.
- Add the eggs and stuffing mix; mix well.
- Mix the melted butter or margarine and 1 cup brown sugar; spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.
- Place the pineapple rings in pan, with a maraschino cherry in center of each ring.
- Top with meat mixture.
- Bake for about 1 hour at 350°.
