Ingredients
- 10 jalopenos smoked on the grill and skin removed
- diced fine. 1 package cream cheese softened 1/2 cop cilantro chopped fine 1/2 cup heavy cream
Method
- smoke jalopenos on grill and then remove skin. dice very fin. chop cilantro. put heavy cream in pan along with cilantro and diced pepers and stir till blended and warm. put in cream cheese and continue to stir till melted and well blended. place in serving bowl with small crisp toast.
