- 2 c. wide noodles (1/4 lb.)
- 3 Tbsp. fat
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. cooked, diced carrots
- 1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Cook noodles in boiling water, salted, until just tender, about 8 minutes.
- Drain and reserve.
