Ingredients
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
- 1/2 c. light cream or half and half
- 2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. cubed, cooked ham
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Method
- Heat oven to 300°.
- In medium saucepan, heat cheese and cream, stirring constantly, until cheese melts and sauce is creamy. Remove from heat.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Cover tightly; bake 45 minutes. Serves 4.
