Ingredients
- 1 can condensed mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 2 c. diced, cooked ham
- 1 c. cooked or canned cut asparagus
- buttered bread crumbs
Method
- Blend soup with cream.
- Add ham and asparagus.
- Pour into 4 individual ramekins or a small shallow baking dish. Top with crumbs.
- Bake in moderate oven (375°) about 20 minutes.
- Serves 4.
