Ingredients
- 6 medium Irish potatoes
- 10 oz. chopped ham
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can mushroom soup
- salt and pepper
Method
- In casserole dish place a layer of potatoes (cut into pieces). Then add chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste.
- Then add melted butter.
- Chop the ham and add to this.
- Pour mushroom soup on top of ingredients and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
