Ingredients
- 4 c. grated cabbage
- 1 c. grated carrots
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- onion (opt.)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Toss vegetables. Mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Combine with vegetables. Best if refrigerated overnight.
