Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. (4 oz.) grated Cheddar
- 2 tsp. Ranch style dressing mix
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. onion juice or finely grated onion
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. thinly sliced ham
Method
- Combine first 6 ingredients at medium speed with mixer until blended.
- Spread about 3 tablespoons of mixture on top of each ham slice.
- Roll up jelly roll fashion, starting at short end.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze until almost firm.
- Cut into 1/2-inch slices (may be kept frozen up to 1 month).
