Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. (4 oz.) grated Cheddar
  • 2 tsp. Ranch style dressing mix
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. onion juice or finely grated onion
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. thinly sliced ham

Method

  • Combine first 6 ingredients at medium speed with mixer until blended.
  • Spread about 3 tablespoons of mixture on top of each ham slice.
  • Roll up jelly roll fashion, starting at short end.
  • Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze until almost firm.
  • Cut into 1/2-inch slices (may be kept frozen up to 1 month).
