Ingredients
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
- 1 box strawberry jello
- 1 pt. cottage cheese
- 1 large carton Cool Whip
Method
- Bring pineapple to boil.
- Add jello and stir until dissolved. Cool.
- When cold blend in cottage cheese and Cool Whip.
- Pour into 9 x 9-inch baking dish and refrigerate.
