Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 c. cooked ham
  • 1/3 c. chopped onions
  • 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar or American cheese

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Separate crescents into two rectangles. Place in an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
  • Press over bottom and 1/4 inch up on sides to form crust.
  • Spread mixture over crust. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
  • Bake until golden brown, 18 to 25 minutes.
  • Cut into pieces and serve.
