- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 lb sausage I used Odom's Tennessee Pride
- 15 oz can of whole kernel corn
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup green peas
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 green onions chopped
Method
- Brown the sausage in olive oil add the cabbage
- Add the spices stir fry 3 minutes add corn, drain the corn first, add water
- Let simmer mix water and cornstarch add stir fry till thickens add peas garnish enjoy
