Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • Salt, if desired
  • Pepper, if desired
  • 1 (16-ounce) jar black bean and corn salsa
  • 5 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli White American, quartered
  • 2 cups multi-colored tortillas strips*
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce

Method

  • Cook ground turkey in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat 8-9 minutes or until no longer pink.
  • Drain; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  • Stir in salsa; top with American.
  • Cover; reduce heat to medium-low.
  • Cook 1-2 minutes or until American is melted.
  • Sprinkle with tortilla strips.
  • Remove from heat; top with shredded lettuce.
  • *Substitute 2 cups broken tortilla chips.
