Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. fully cooked, diced ham
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 egg
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Mix ham, cheese, broccoli and soup in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Stir remaining ingredients until dough forms. Drop by spoonfuls evenly over broccoli mixture.
- Bake, uncovered, for 40 to 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
- Serves 4.
