Ingredients

  • 4 c. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 small cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped (optional)
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo

Method

  • Mix flour, eggs and oil together, adding water as needed to make a dough.
  • Knead dough, then let set for 1/2 hour.
  • Roll dough out thin as size should double when cooked.
  • Cut with a knife or pizza cutter into noodle-like strips or cut into any other shapes or sizes desired.
  • Place dough cuts into a pan of boiling water and boil for 6 minutes; remove and drain.
