Ingredients
- 4 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 small cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped (optional)
- 1 1/2 sticks oleo
Method
- Mix flour, eggs and oil together, adding water as needed to make a dough.
- Knead dough, then let set for 1/2 hour.
- Roll dough out thin as size should double when cooked.
- Cut with a knife or pizza cutter into noodle-like strips or cut into any other shapes or sizes desired.
- Place dough cuts into a pan of boiling water and boil for 6 minutes; remove and drain.
