Ingredients
- 7 quarts popped corn
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Method
- Cook brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt for 5 minutes.
- Add vanilla and soda.
- Coat corn with mixture.
- Bake at 250 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Watch carefully to avoid burning.
