Ingredients
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 1 lb. penne pasta
- 1 1/2 lb. broccoli florets
- 3/4 c. olive oil
- 2 tsp. garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook pasta until just done. Drain and set aside.
