Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 18 oz diced lamb
- 7 oz halloumi cheese, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
Method
- Preheat grill. In a medium bowl, combine allspice, pepper, garlic, lemon juice, oil and lamb. Thread onto skewers alternately with cheese.
- Grill kebabs until browned all over and cooked to your liking.
