Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Jimmy Dean sage sausage
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh crushed garlic
  • 1/4 head of bok choy, steamed, cooled, wrung dry, chopped fine
  • 1/4 onion, minced
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 pkg. round wonton wrappers
  • sesame oil

Method

  • Combine sausage, garlic, bok choy, and onion.
  • Mix well.
  • Coat one side of wonton wrapper with egg.
  • Put 1 teaspoon sausage mixture on egg side of wrapper.
  • Fold wrapper in half.
  • Crimp edges.
  • Brown on medium low heat in a small amount of sesame oil. When both sides are crispy brown, add a small amount of water to pan and cover for one minute.
  • Serve with hot mustard.
