Ingredients
- 1 lb. Jimmy Dean sage sausage
- 1 Tbsp. fresh crushed garlic
- 1/4 head of bok choy, steamed, cooled, wrung dry, chopped fine
- 1/4 onion, minced
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 pkg. round wonton wrappers
- sesame oil
Method
- Combine sausage, garlic, bok choy, and onion.
- Mix well.
- Coat one side of wonton wrapper with egg.
- Put 1 teaspoon sausage mixture on egg side of wrapper.
- Fold wrapper in half.
- Crimp edges.
- Brown on medium low heat in a small amount of sesame oil. When both sides are crispy brown, add a small amount of water to pan and cover for one minute.
- Serve with hot mustard.
