Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd steak
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. washed rice
- 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
- Pepper to taste
Method
- Form into balls, put into a buttered dish.
- Pour 1 can tomato soup with 1 c. water over meatballs.
- Bake for 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees.
- Serves 6.
