Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. nuts
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. gumdrops, cut in small pieces
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Beat eggs with water until light.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Use a small amount of flour to dust gumdrops and nuts.
- Add sifted dry ingredients to egg mixture, mix and stir in gumdrops and nuts. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan in 350° oven for 24 minutes.
- While warm, frost with Orange Butter Frosting.
- Cut in squares or bars.
