Ingredients
- 1 -6 oz. pkg orange flavored gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate
- 2 -11 oz. cans mandarin orange sections, drained
- 1 -20 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 1 -3 oz. size pkg lemon flavored instant pudding
- 1 cup cold milk
- 2 cups Cool Whip
Method
- Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water.
- Stir in frozen orange juice until completely dissolved.
- Add drained orange sections and crushed pineapple.
- Freeze until set, about two hours. One hour before serving, combine lemon instant pudding mix with one cup cold milk; fold in Cool Whip.
- Spread evenly onto gelatin and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Serves 12 -15 Use 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish.
