Ingredients
- 3 whole Ripe Haas Avocados
- 2 whole Limes - Zest And Juice (if Really Juicy, Only Use 1.5)
- 1/2 cups Fresh Salsa
- 2 cloves Garlic, Grated
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
Method
- Halve the avocados and remove the pits.
- Cut the avocado into chunks while its still in the skin then scoop the flesh into a bowl using a spoon.
- Slightly mash the avocado chunks with a potato masher.
- Add the lime zest and juice to the avocado and mash with the potato masher until you reach your desired consistency.
- Add the salsa and garlic and stir to combine.
- Stir in the spices.
- Serve with tortilla chips or assorted vegetables.
