Ingredients
- 3/4 pound bananas
- 2 cups pecans
- 4 cups flax seeds
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon stevia Pure
Method
- Mash bananas and add the water along with the flax seeds. Let rest for 10 minutes and then add the balance of ingredients. Divide into 24 cookie balls. Flatten with a fork and cook until golden brown.
