Ingredients

  • 2 medium avocados (very ripe, even black outside)
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 small can green chile peppers
  • white pepper
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 small red onion
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • salt (optional)

Method

  • Mash the contents of 2 avocados with a fork in a large mixing bowl.
  • Grate onion and tomato and mix together with avocado.
  • Add canned chile peppers (hot, medium or mild according to taste), dash or 2 of Tabasco sauce, some white pepper, salt is optional, and finish with lemon juice.
