Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 18 oz. can mushrooms (undrained)
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • noodles (16 oz. bag), cooked as directions on bag

Method

  • Brown meat and onion; pour off any grease.
  • Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms.
  • Cook 5 minutes over medium heat, uncovered. Add soup and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
  • Stir in sour cream and noodles (adjust quantity to personal taste).
  • Makes 4 servings.
