Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 18 oz. can mushrooms (undrained)
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- noodles (16 oz. bag), cooked as directions on bag
Method
- Brown meat and onion; pour off any grease.
- Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms.
- Cook 5 minutes over medium heat, uncovered. Add soup and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream and noodles (adjust quantity to personal taste).
- Makes 4 servings.
