Ingredients
- 2 pkg. Martha White yellow cornbread mix
- 2 egg whites
- 2 1/4 c. buttermilk
Method
- In a medium bowl, mix buttermilk and egg whites.
- In larger bowl, pour in cornbread mix and stir until smooth; mix in egg-buttermilk mixture.
- Blend together.
- Pour into greased iron skillet.
- Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.
