Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 small jar mushrooms
- 1 small pkg. egg noodles or 1/2 large pkg.
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- sweet milk
Method
- Brown chuck.
- Add onion.
- Simmer until onion is tender.
- Drain grease.
- Add mushroom soup, sour cream and milk.
- Stir.
- Let simmer.
- Add more milk as needed to keep gravy thinned and prevent sticking. Stir cooked and drained noodles into meat mixture.
- When heating from leftovers, always add more milk.
