Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 oz. can mushrooms
- 1 can cream soup (mushroom, celery or chicken)
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. noodles, cooked with 3 beef bouillon cubes
Method
- Melt margarine in heavy kettle.
- Add onion and cook until soft.
- Add ground beef and garlic and stir until lightly browned. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Add soup and simmer 10 minutes more.
- Stir in sour cream and serve over cooked noodles.
- Start noodles first and both will be done together.
