Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 4 oz. can mushrooms
  • 1 can cream soup (mushroom, celery or chicken)
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. noodles, cooked with 3 beef bouillon cubes

Method

  • Melt margarine in heavy kettle.
  • Add onion and cook until soft.
  • Add ground beef and garlic and stir until lightly browned. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Add soup and simmer 10 minutes more.
  • Stir in sour cream and serve over cooked noodles.
  • Start noodles first and both will be done together.
