- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. coarse soft bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. chopped celery
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. warm water
Method
- Combine beef, salt, pepper, egg, catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
- Press one half mix in loaf pan.
- Combine remaining ingredients for stuffing mix, then rest of meat.
- Place in pan of water and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
