Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 large container cottage cheese
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 large container sour cream
- 1 lb. bag egg noodles
- 1 tad of margarine
Method
- Cook meat, tomato sauce and diced onion until meat is done. Mix cheeses in a separate dish.
- Add sour cream.
- Cook noodles; drain and divide in half.
- Line the bottom of dish with margarine and noodles.
- Add all cheese mixture to the center of the noodles. Add remainder of the noodles on the top of the cheeses.
- Pour meat mixture over top of the noodles.
- Season to taste.
