Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 large container cottage cheese
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 large container sour cream
  • 1 lb. bag egg noodles
  • 1 tad of margarine

Method

  • Cook meat, tomato sauce and diced onion until meat is done. Mix cheeses in a separate dish.
  • Add sour cream.
  • Cook noodles; drain and divide in half.
  • Line the bottom of dish with margarine and noodles.
  • Add all cheese mixture to the center of the noodles. Add remainder of the noodles on the top of the cheeses.
  • Pour meat mixture over top of the noodles.
  • Season to taste.
