Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 4 potatoes, sliced
  • 1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can tomato soup

Method

  • Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Alternate layers of ground beef, potatoes, green beans and onion in baking dish until all ingredients are used, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spoon tomato soup over top.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
