Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 potatoes, sliced
- 1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
- 1 onion, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can tomato soup
Method
- Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Alternate layers of ground beef, potatoes, green beans and onion in baking dish until all ingredients are used, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon tomato soup over top.
- Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.

- 4 servings.
