Ingredients

  • 14 cup cider vinegar
  • 12 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ground mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 12 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 12 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 cup olive oil
  • 4 turkey cutlets

Method

  • In a medium bowl, combine the cider vinegar, garlic, ground mustard, honey, brown sugar, and black pepper.
  • Slowly whisk in the olive oil to thoroughly combine.
  • Place the turkey cutlets in a shallow dish and pour the liquid over top.
  • Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

  • Place the breasts directly on the grill, or on a roasting rack beneath the broiler.
  • Cook for about 20-25 minutes, or until the turkey is fully done.
